Stud Contract

STUD FEE: A Fee of $800.00 per litter will be charged. ( We reserve the right to change or increase fees without prior notice)

A LITTER: A litter constitutes three (3) or more puppies and anything less than three is billed at a $150.00 per puppy rate.

BREEDING RULES: On arrival the first $100.00, non-refundable portion, of the stud fee is required. The female may stay free of charge for a period up to five (5) days, should the owner desire. Additional days will be billed at a rate of $10.00 per day.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Our facilities include a large heated and air conditioned kennel with indoor and outdoor dog runs and a spacious fenced airing yard. Regular daily exercise and monitoring for the female as needed or prescribed by the owner.

FINAL PAYMENT: Within thirty (30) days of delivery of the litter, the remaining $700.00 and any additional charges incurred is due.

PREREQUISITES: Prior to any breeding, a Negative Brucellosis Certificate (Current and signed within 10 days of breeding). In addition a valid OFA or valid Prelim on the dogs hips must be provided.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Should pick and delivery from the St. Louis airport be required there will be a $100.00 fee per round trip.

I agree to the above fees and conditions as here stated and agree to reimburse White Oak Retriever Kennels for any additional legal fees, court costs, transportation or travel expenses related to the collection of the afore mentioned Stud Fee for the breeding services provided. Furthermore, I agree to cover any and all additional transportation costs of the female to and from our facilities if any are incurred. These transportation fees may be required if the female requires veterinary visits, additional workout or ground transportation not covered herein that are agreed to by both the owner or agent for the female and White Oak Retriever Kennel's staff either prior to or sequent to the execution of this contract.
