Gretchen x Yella litter

Hi Barb,

I wanted to send you an update on our pup Lacy.  This was her first season to hunt and she has so far been very successful!!!!

Thanks for a great family dog and hunter

Kelly Gingerich

Hi Barb,
It has been a crazy first couple of months with our new puppy “Lacy” from the Yella and Gretchen May 2013 litter.  We just wanted to thank you for breeding such a great puppy.  She is extremely smart and very “birdie” so my husband is excited for her to be his future hunting companion.  She just took her first swim today!!!  I also wanted you to know that we have been told that we couldn’t have found a better lab than yours from a friend of my dad’s named Dr. Steve Paul.  He said that he had known you and your husband from field trials a few years ago and said that you breed the best dogs that we could have found!!!  What a small world that he happened to know you all!  I thought you might want to know that he had said that since it is such a nice compliment!  Have a great day and we will keep you posted on Lacy’s achievements in the future.

Hank went on his first hunt at 10 months of age and did a great job with the doves.  Next step is the Duck Blind.

(Blue x Ready pup)

HI Barb!  We are really please with Shelby so far. She has retrieved from day one.  Loves the water, lives in our house. Thanks again. If you repeat the breeding let me know.

Hey there Kirby family

Duke is five months now, and weighing in at forty pounds.  Duke has started to hit the water at full stride, and is even sticking his head under the water for birds.  I have brought him to hunt down a few crippled ducks that were found while leaving the duck blind.  He has now retrieved four cripples.  I just wanted to say thank y'all so much for everything.  Duke is more dog than I ever could have asked for, and I look forward to hunting over him for many years to come.  Hope to see y'all soon.
